The Edinburgh International Book Festival turned to us after several years of website problems on their opening day of sales increasingly threatened their relationships with loyal audience members.

Following a painstaking process of improving performance, stability and usability, we delivered an opening day that delighted customers and generated a substantial increase in ticket sales and donations.


43,000 performances a year

The Edinburgh Festivals Listings API gathers rich listings data from Edinburgh's 12 major festivals, aggregates it into a consistent format, and distributes it to national media organisations, web and app developers, academics and more.

Since taking over the project in 2013, we've taken the lead on everything from server maintenance to end-user documentation and support.
